Your Rights

The short version. We reply in EN/ES/PT.

If we’ve emailed you, you’re in control of your data. Under the GDPR you can:

• Object / opt out — stop us emailing you. This is absolute for direct marketing; we act on it immediately.
• Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectify — have inaccurate data corrected.
• Erase — have your data deleted.
• Restrict — limit how we use it.
• Port — receive your data in a portable format.

How to exercise them

• Fastest: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you — you’re added to our suppression list and we won’t contact you again.
• Anything else: reply to our email, or write to calebh@getklab.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Not happy?

You can complain to your data-protection authority. Ours is the Spanish AEPD — aepd.es.
